Saying Goodbye to Real Estate Tycoon
The book has closed on the Real Estate Tycoon Let's Play, but it is not the end for Lance, Travis and Kimber. They will continue to live their lives together, grow and be happy. To commemorate the completion of the very first let's play on my channel, I want to take a walk down memory lane with the Real Estate Tycoon brood.
We met Lance Redding, an aspiring real estate tycoon, as a young adult who had just moved into Willow Creek.
Who knew that the neighborhood welcome wagon would bring fate through his door in the form of Travis Scott.
Travis was into Lance from the beginning, but Lance was hitting on his roommate, Summer, so he wasn't sure he would be interested. However, he had a feeling about Lance...
Lance may have been unsure at first, but he just couldn't deny the connection that he had with Travis.
They became really serious about each other and made their relationship official.
After some time, Lance sold his first home, moved in with Travis, life rolled on, and then Travis popped the big question!
The guys had a beautiful wedding and a great party. It was a wonderful start to their married life together.
A relaxing spa vacation honeymoon is just what these guys needed.
Lance and Travis moved into a new, bigger house and a new neighborhood. Lance started to really get into his photography was taking some beautiful shots of his new area.
With all the space in the new house, it felt like the right time for Lance and Travis to adopt. They welcomed sweet, little, baby Kimber into their lives
The guys responded well to fatherhood and cherished their new little baby girl.
Life moved forward at great speed and it was time for Lance to age up!
Then it was time for Kimber to grow up into the cutest, sweetest little goofball.
Lance made a huge life changing decision to switch careers from tech to business and it couldn't have been a better change for his life.
After another move to another new neighborhood, Travis made sure that Kimber stayed on top of her studies. A big move is no excuse to slack!
Kimber had no problems making friends at the new house. This is her BFF Jaime.
Work was taking a toll on Lance and Travis had recently reached the top of his career track; it was time for a family vacation to Granite Falls.
Lance and Kimber played some games out on the deck with a gorgeous view.

As the series came to a close Lance and Travis looked long and hard for their 'forever' home. Lance decided that being a mansion baron was no longer in his life plan. He was done with the real estate game. The guys decided to get a brick two-story home that fit their life and style. Kimber is growing up into a beautiful young woman and the guys are getting close to retirement; A quite life in Newcrest is just what they need.
