The Story of Lance - Real Estate Tycoon in the Making

     Lance Redding didn't grow up with much to call his own. He was an orphan that jumped from foster home to foster home, never really knowing a real permanent home.  He spent his childhood dreaming of having a place to call his own.

     When Lance turned 18, he joined the Sim Army to pay his way through Sim U.  When he finished school, he graduated with honors and a degree in simformation technology.  He used this degree to break into the tech industry, but that is not where his passion really lies.  His dream to own his own home never really died, in fact, it evolved into something more... Something BIG!

     His passion has now turned to buying, flipping and selling many homes, he wants to become Willow Creeks biggest Real Estate Tycoon! Working in tech is just a side job now, his focus is on redecorating, remodeling and selling the houses he buys. All to make that fortune and eventually have his very own mansion.

     Now, Lance was so focused on his career and life goals, he never really thought about love, or sharing his life, or that big mansion, with someone.  He decided a long time ago that whatever happens, happens.  He had a few failed romances in college, nothing really amounting to 'love', and never really connected with any one woman.  In fact, he really never felt much for woman at all.  He just thought eventually he would get married, have kids, you know, the whole boring regular life script.  At least to Lance that what it seemed like... boring, no real connection to that life.  When he moved Willow Creek he even tried to date a few woman, but again, no real connection, no real feelings; that is until he met Travis. Lance never really thought that he was into men, but then again, he never really thought much about it, he just assumed he'd meet a woman he connected with one day.  This explained so much for him, everything clicked, and he really clicked with Travis.

     Now, Lance and Travis don't know what's in store for their future, but they are going to face it together.  Travis works in tech too, and it is definitely his passion.  He is happy to support Lance in his big real estate dreams, and even help with some of the remodeling along the way.
